Elizabeth Chachere, Certified Personal Trainer
My name is Elizabeth Chachere, but most people call me Liz. I was born, raised, and still reside in the greater Houston, Texas area. My hobbies include working out, writing, reading, being on/in/by the water or any other type of active adventure.
Although I have been active in sports & fitness for the majority of my life, I became a certified personal trainer in the spring of 2017 through NCCPT. I didn't enjoy the corporate, big-box gym training route, so I decided to start my small business, EC Fit & Co., at the beginning of 2018. Since then, I have renewed my certification with multiple courses and have continued my education for my clients.
My training method is built around the goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of transforming bodies and enriching lifestyles. I have a burning desire to lead a life that sets an example and inspires those around me to reach their goals and feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
