What you do outside of the gym is just as important (if not more) than what you are doing inside of the gym.

 

Have you ever heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen? Even if your goal is not to have a six pack - a balanced diet is very important for your overall health! What you eat affects your body as a whole - your brain, digestion and even your skin! 

The macro guides I've developed will help fuel your body and help you meet your goals. 

The best "diet" for you is going to be one that fits your lifestyle. It is time to kick the fads to the curb and create habits that will last you a lifetime! Creating a healthier lifestyle isn't meant to make your life miserable or take away your favorite foods.

How can I help?

 

I will review a full day-week of what you would both eat and drink, suggesting where you may be able to make a healthier choice that is available to you. These small changes can assist immensely in helping you meet your goals over time. You'll use the macro guide thereafter to help you adjust your daily food and drink intake.

Don't waste another day saying that you "will start tomorrow". There is no better day than today to start working toward your goals!
